From Concept to Construction
What is a concept and how do I start my project?
A concept is the representation through a sketch or draft where the idea and need that each of our clients wants to develop begins to become a reality. The design of the project starts to take shape, marking the beginning of the design project. The philosophy of our studio is that each creation stands out as an individual, functional, and aesthetically stunning solution.
How much does the design of my project cost?
The cost of the design is calculated according to the percentages established by the Federated College of Engineers and Architects (CFIA). The minimum fee (tariff) is 5.5% of the total value of the work or budget. 
What are the deadlines for the development of my project?
The time for designing varies and depends on the magnitude and type of the project.
The time to complete the entire design stage for a single-family residence can be around two (2) months without initiating the permit process.
However, one of our goals when providing consultancy services is timely delivery.
Can I create a custom design or project?
We focus on customizing each of our projects. We strive for each creation to be unique and special, seeking the most suitable construction systems and advising our clients on their decisions.
